天水麻辣烫老板谈爆火:甘谷的辣椒和自己真诚的心 

最近,一碗麻辣烫让甘肃天水火爆“出圈”。随着越来越多的食客涌入这座历史名城排长队尝上一口网红美食。这也让麻辣烫店主吴志刚每天忙到只能休息四五个小时,但他喜于言表地透露自己的收入翻倍了。

吴志刚从业二十多年,见证了天水麻辣烫从一碗普通的地方小吃成长为全国闻名的美食。随着近期麻辣烫的火爆。为了应对生意的火爆,吴志刚不得不从原本的家族式经营模式,转变为聘请更多员工的运营方式。“以前我们家四五个人帮忙就够了,但现在这样肯定不行。”吴志刚说,如今店里有了12名员工,而他自己每天晚上要忙到凌晨三四点。

虽然辛苦劳累,但为了让外地来的“粉宝们”都吃上粉,他表示要鼓起精神加油干!他说做出美味麻辣烫的秘诀:“首先是一颗真诚的心,再用上甘谷的辣椒、定西的土豆粉,就一定能做出来一碗热喷喷、香香辣辣的手擀粉。”
